I have been cancer-free for 10 years now!!!! I still have neuropathy in my left toes. It’s actually in the toes, not the foot itself, and I still experience a little tingling in my left fingers, although not as much as I did during my six rounds of chemotherapy. I believe that at this point, my neuropathy side effect is permanent since it’s been 10 years since I finished treatment.

I had chemo in 2003 and it is 2026 and yes, I have neuropathy in hands and feet-- permanent. I tried Gabapentin & Cymbalta which helped a bit but the side effects for me made me quit. I rub magnesium cream and that helps & I take 500 mg magnesium daily. Good luck to you.
