@nycmusic An interesting concept! Our bodies are indeed miracle machines, so many systems needing to work together in a cohesive fight for good health. One thing out of balance can throw other things off-kilter!

@gingerw thanks again ! I asked my doc about probiotics and she felt I didn’t need them now…I have had a great recovery from CRC, my gut working amazingly well consistently- she doesn’t want to do anything that could affect that when it’s working well… so, it comes down to being sure that the foods I eat support good gut health., good overall health…i have learned a lot about helping my kidneys from this site, from you and will continue to apply it.
