See my response to surftohealth below. We followed the Mayo Rochester protocol in 2024 and have had no problems as a result. Other people have been given and have followed stricter and/or lengthier protocols. You and your husband will have to decide what you are comfortable with and what is realistic for you to follow, and for how long. But please don't buy a Geiger counter.

@lag Oops--looks like I failed to post my reply after writing it. It didn't add much except that neither the Pluvicto web site quoted by Colleen nor the Mayo instructions I posted urge full restrictions for seven days. You will have to decide how long to observe them in consultation with your care team and your own feelings.
