I order ebooks from our library directly from my phone through their Libby app and can usually choose to read them either on the Libby app or on Kindle. I choose Kindle if it is available because it seems a little more user friendly and I read the books on the Kindle app on my phone. One can adjust the print size on either app. I'm sure your library would walk you through this process. However, my husband cannot handle the ebooks because he has trouble with technology (to put it mildly). I go into the library and pick out books for him. I am familiar with the authors he likes and don't have to worry about whether he has read them before because he doesn't remember them. I am fortunate that he still likes to read. He quit being able to follow tv shows a couple of years ago.
