Thanks SO much everyone! This is the best site, I love it. Everyone is so active and quick to help out.
As @zzote said, his doctor told him not to over consume and milk product. I eat cereal every morning, and now I'm wondering if I do keep that schedule, do you rotate between soy and almond, or even pistachios. Maybe it's time to think about other things for breakfast. hhhmmmmmm

@dpayton ok since you ask 😂, rotating foods it’s ala good idea unfortunately I don’t rotate my breakfast and if I skip breakfast for some reason I will eat for lunch or dinner
Here is my breakfast and has been for years
Some cooked oatmeal
1 scoop of protein powder
3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1 scoop of fiber powder
1 scoop of Sacha inche
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of powder mushrooms
2 tbs of nutritional yeast
1 scoop of fermented beet powder
Some nuts, handful of blueberries water or nut milk or a mix of water and nut milk yummy 😋
