@steveinarizona there has been no acknowledgement of that. I am still in chronic pain and trying to seek answers. There is hesitation from my third opinion of another revision due to the femur being involved, my age (55, which is still 'young'). I'm truly at a loss for words that there is no accountability and the answer is to push me to a pain clinic.

Every surgeon in the US does a post surgery report and it is available to the patient. Look for it in your portal. It should describe what the surgeon encountered and what he did.
Mayo is famous for bringing multiple physicians to the table when necessary. You sent the diagnosis to your Mayo surgeon and he didn't respond. Did you try to send it again or inquire again? We have all lost track of emails, etc. at some time.
