I’m 75 and have a 72 cc prostate.
I only wake up once or twice a night to pee. The flow is weak and starting is slow.
I had an MRI of the prostate which showed no lesions so my urologist thinks my 5.5 PSA is due to enlargement.
My urologist is pushing for me to get the HoLEP procedure but after reading some of the residual side effects I’m leery.
Any feedback would be appreciated in making a decision.
