@tattodice I was going to make the same comment as @jeffmarc. I saw someone commenting about having had AUS and implant. I don’t have an incontinence problem. Climacturia is when you eject some urine on orgasm. There is apparently a technique that attaches some piece of mesh to the implant such that the uretha is compressed when the former is inflated.
