Can so relate to trauma flashbacks and current COVID mess. My depression and anxiety has kicked into overdrive. I've just spent the last 3 days in bed! Thanks for expressing how you feel for it helps me not to feel so alone.

Our govenor here in California wants us to stay home. Well, after all the cleaning etc, resting in bed with computer, book or tv seems like the thing to do. Not normal times. Guilt from over sleeping is better than a virus in the hospital.
