@geese1 My PMR started within week of my 2nd COVID mRNA shot. I was sore for a few days and then the pain reoccured in both shoulders and then my thighs. I was on a low dose of prednisone for about a year. Weirdly, I only hurt while in bed! I am a registered dietitian and I eat a whole foods, organic diet, high in inflammatory foods. I do think it helped me recover. I also take 1000 mg. of Tumeric and flax seed oil per day.
