False. Some available (approved) drugs may slow progression (difficult to measure accurately) but nothing so far reverses the dementia.

That's true of controlled scientific human trials so far. There is however reason for hope from the 2025 Harvard mouse study and its associated established science on the relationship of Lithium and human dementia. If you haven't heard of it, I humbly suggest reading about Lithium Orotate. If you're aware of any downsides or side effects please share on the topic I've just started here on Mayo Connect or the other excellent topic started here by @pb50.
