Arm pain with cervical spinal stenosis?

Hello, I have severe compression in C5, 6 and 7. Also some canal narrowing. Severe pain radiating through my left arm to my fingers. Doc prescribed Gabapentin. Can anyone relate to this? Thank you.

@chanduk - welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Sorry to hear about your compression, narrowing and pain.

For how long have you been on gabapentin, or are you about to start? If you've already been taking it, is the gabapentin making a difference in your pain so far?
