@SusanEllen66 It depends upon whether your state allows for the recreational use of cannabis products. Delaware is such a stated. When I purchased some CBD/THC gummies, you had to enter your state in the order for, Only states that allow recreational cannabis will appear.

@SusanEllen66 CBD made from hemp has less than the allowed amount of THC. It is quite legal.
