My Dad is 91. When his prostrate cancer was identified his PSA was 2,600. Through ADT and targeted radiation treatment it was reduced to .13. That was Dec 23. Since then, his cancer has become castrate resistant. His PSA has slowly increased to .95. And that’s with him starting Pluvicto therapy. He was going for his 4 iv. But has since been put on hold. His WBC is too low. For the last 8 months we have been told his PSA level is okay. But it keeps rising even while still on ADT and 3 iv’s of Pluvicto. Go figure

@asims How old was your dad when he was diagnosed? My dad 86 was going for an MRI for back pain and it showed metastatic bone. We had know idea. We are now in the beginning stages of getting a "true" diagnosis. CT, PET, and bone biopsy done yesterday. However his blood work with the liquid tumor findings are showing a 99.9% prostate. He is in a lot of pain with this back and I think scared of what the prognosis is. We go in on Monday to go over all of his results and a treatment plan.
