Yes! I've been taking extra good care of myself too. Eat healthy food, walk my dog every day as far as I can. They didn't weigh me in the ER when I went there after being sick for 5 weeks, dehydrated and starving, but I was in a bad state. Nina months later and I'm still way underweight. I have waves of no appetite too, but no pain. Altogether I was sick for about 8 weeks and was recovering pretty well I thought. But now and then my symptoms return. Very frustrating.

Hi, I have the same experience. I'm from Europe and I had my neurofilaments light chain checked to rule out MND ( normal levels) and also GPCR. All GPCR (angiotensin II, Beta 1, 2 adrenerger, endothelin subtype A, muskarin-cholin 3, 4 and CXCR-3-Aak) are for more than 2 years extremely elevated and the results is muscle wasting of all muscles. I'm still going, but with a lot of pain.
I started taking supplements (creatin, resveratrol, omega3, EAA, L-Citrulin, Ginkgo biloba, magnesium malst and bisglycinate, L-carnitine...) about 2 weeks ago and I will see, if they yield any results.
