@amishboy51 I have had two prostate MRIs. I was able to talk with the nurse practitioner about them and see the images. Later a doctor’s report mentioned a “very large median lobe.” I end up reading online and gather questions to ask the urology department. On many years of my reports the prostate size is mentioned, even the ones that are ultrasound.
Prostate size on my charts is measured in CCs or Grams. I guess they are so close as to be the same. I think asking your doctor about your prostate size is a good question. It may be in your reports. The doctor would give you answers to help you make an informed decision.
Come to think of it, I’ve only had one voiding trial.

@oldfiddler Thanks for the confirmation.

I never had a prostate MRI, only the cystoscopy. The doctor recommended HoLEP over aquablation, but without any mention of prostate size. Since one is less effective for larger prostates (> 100, if I remember correctly), I can't figure out how I was supposed to make an informed decision.
