I'm not sure anyone on here is capable of speaking intelligently on your symptoms. It sounds complex, and probably the best urologist you can find is the starting point. You are too young to have these types of issues, not in your 60's and 70's where urological issues normally begin to take place. Looking for a national urological society may be a good place to start. If you are near Maryland, I can recommend a few excellent Dr.'s and surgeons.
