@bharris202 The past year (since I got my "severe osteoporosis diagnosis and I started Tymlos), I do weight training (heavy weights) twice a week. I joined the osteostrong program and go once a week. I take the appropriate doses of vitamin d, calcium, vitamin k. I do jumping exercises - 50 jumps 3 days per week. Basically I am trying everything.
