Note, it comes with 2 power heads - they are supposed to be changed out after 6 months, but ours are still going strong after a year.
As for the Aerobika, are you boiling it? I killed one dropping it into boiling water. Since then, I put it in room temperature water in a saucepan and carefully bring it to a boil, then lower the heat to keep it simmering - no further problems. I do this once a week because the manufacturer says it is made with bacteria resistant material, and independent testing has confirmed it. I have never tried a baby bottle sterilizer, instapot or microwave bags. This is another device that is intended to be replaced once a year, plastics do break down, and I can tell the difference in resistance/ vibration between old and new ones.
