I feel for you on the pain. I am 4 yrs post op from a single level c5-c6 ACDF and my neck is still ridiculously tight and the shoulder pain doesn't go away. I try to stretch and use the hot tub as much as possible. Creams and ointments help a little. LDN has been helping a little bit as well. I was on gabapentin but didnt like the way it made me feel. Epidural injections seem to help for a little bit as well. Hope you find some relief.

@livininthestix Thank you for sharing your experience. I am also sorry that you have been struggling whit this for 4 years, it sounds really hard. Thank you very much for the helpful advice and for sharing what works for you. I really hope both of our situations get better.
