Go to another group outside your town/city for a second opinion to rule out pancreatic issues.
There are politics involved big time with doctors. I could tell you many stories over my 40 years dealing with my issue …. Anyway, go thru the ER of this new hospital (bigger the better by ambulance if possible ) and start new. But if u have mri/cat scans on disk bring them. No doctor will criticize another Dx if in the same group ie: Baptist, or any of the big 3.
