@jiminos I had HoLEP last week. I'm 68 and really wrestled with the retro-ejaculation aspects of it. I had a large median lobe even though my prostate was not huge, 64 grams, but it caused a significant blockage and had high retention of urine which could really damage my kidneys long term. I thought they say not to have sex for at least 3 weeks? Are you experiencing the the retro issue? Thanks.
