The "Bone doc" wants me to do this. I am so terrified i can only think of the risks

@carolynfoster Don't be terrified. The risks are minimal if you're on it for a relatively short time. The people who take it for five+ years have a higher risk, which is why drug holidays are recommended every so often.

There is no point in taking the bone builders meds if you're just going to let the gains evaporate.
