@54pontiac Thanks for sharing your story. Thank goodness you went to the hospital. May I ask if there was a specific instance that led to this twisting?
I've stopped doing certain exercise because of this mobile cecum/redundant colon diagnosis. I have the pain all the time and it is especially acute right now = not a twisting, but I feel my cecum is majorly inflamed...

@lizzie514 No. They asked me if I had been in a car accident or fallen recently. I had not. They did not offer any other possible explanations. I had no pain or digestive issues before that night. Tests of the samples taken turned up nothing. I suspect the prednisone I took for PMR may have weakened the attachment. But I had been off it for a year.
