I recently went from 20mg to 30mg of buspirone after 2 years. I couldn’t tell much difference. It is a very mild drug in my experience.

@joetex I agree that it seems like a very mild drug. I am not sure if it really does anything. I take Rexulti, Busparone and Zoloft 200 mg. I don’t have any anxiety now.
