@denis76 Congrats! ADT + Erleada is a great combo! It's been almost 5 years for me. My PSA dropped from 68 to 20 to 5 in a few weeks, then has been undetectable (< 0.01) since.
Erleada wasn't even in the Ontario formulary yet in 2021, so the cancer centre had to send a special request to the Ministry of Health (who approved it almost immediately).
With my sudden mCSPC diagnosis that year, I literally just *barely* squeaked in under the wire in the transition from old, sequential therapy (where my life expectancy would have been 3–5 years) to new doublet therapy (where my life expectancy is yet to be determined, but definitely much longer and possibly indefinite).
Now, doublet therapy is standard of care for mCSPC at all the major cancer centres, but it wasn't so in 2021. It the undetected cancer had spread a couple of years earlier, I might not be here to write this post.
@northoftheborder
But for me PSA dropped (after apply Erleada) was very long - 17 months.
At first, my testosterone levels were fluctuating up and down. They've stabilized over the last six months, knock on wood.
