@deevon Diet and stress are two major drivers of gastrointestinal issues.
Have you tried eliminating foods and drinks to see what is causing your issues? First, eliminate ALL energy drinks, coffee, soda (including diet) as well as any smokes, vapes, gummies, etc.
With the recent exacerbation, has anyone suggested that you give your digestive system 3 days of rest, then introduce food very slowly, sticking with bland low fiber, low sugar diet at first? Drink plenty of plain water! I suggest clear fruit juices, bland crackers to start. If you tolerate that, add some pasta or rice with mild seasoning, and a little easy to digest protein like skinless chicken or an egg. That's good? Add some plain yogurt (sweeten with a little honey or seedless jelly, avoid the "low sugar" ones that might have artificial sweeteners) or cottage cheese, apple sauce...
Continue to add one or two more foods every day or two to see how it goes. If anything causes upset, stop it.
Here's the no-go list until you feel better - fried foods (including chips), pizza, spicy foods, fatty meats.
If you feel weak/yucky from the diarrhea, an electrolyte drink like Pedialyte can help get your body chemicals back in balance, but avoid the post-sport drinks loaded with sugar and unpronounceable ingredients.
Do you have an adult in your life to help you navigate this tough situation?
