the most difficult thing about PTSD is knowing it will not go a way. I t grabs at times for no apparent reason. I get angry for no apparent reason. I destroy personal belongings for no apparent reason. Noise is overwhelming for no apparent reason. Is what it is. I am sorry for what others with this disorder go through. Like depression it is not going a way. Missing so much of life because of fears I cannot control, nor explain-no apparent reason.

I know what you're saying. It's surely a challenge to live with something that we know won't go away.

@oh my dear Parus i really do know how you are suffering. I do suffer from the same PTSD and throw Bi-Polar on top of it. Hang in there because as we know the better times do come and go as well. Right now i am suffering in so much pain from the Psoriatic arthritis i am crying. Trying to help you is so meaningful for all of us. Please, please hang in there. I am now looking for some more Advil's.and will smile for both of us. Careingly, Peach Barbara.
