@cgirl0721 A DEXA T-score of -1 or higher indicates healthy bones, -1 to -2.5 indicates osteopenia (low bone mass), and -2.5 or lower indicates osteoporosis. So you are just at the cut-off for osteoporosis in your lumbar spine. You are probably okay to continue golfing (but ask your doctor).
My lumber spine was about -3.6 when I quit golfing and became protective of my back movements.

@cgirl0721 this Dexa score was for the lumbar spine. All other T-score readings were in the osteopenia levels -2.3 to 1.5 levels
