I’m not sure, some arnica has minty stuff in it and may not mix well if you get it other places. If my anal area is really bothering me, I will sometimes use an over the counter cortisone cream with a little mint in it, but only internal and close edges. Not much. We have discovered that most of my pelvic issues are caused by my horrible spine…
