@chandria40 at 83 years old I feel fairly good but do have other conditions that give me daily aches and pains, just not the neuropathy. A lot less strength even though I try to exercise 4 or 5 days a week for 30 to 45 minutes along with daily work in the yard and around the house. I can say that my normal is close to what my other friends at the same age is with a few exceptions. Heavy objects are a problem for me along with balance. The neuropathy numbness and some tingling has stayed in my lower legs and feet but has not progressed much for the past 10 years so I consider that a good thing.
B12 is one of the neuropathy supplements I take for neuropathy. The complete list of supplement I take are in the Why the Protocol document I've shared before. Here's the link - https://cdn.prod-carehubs.net/n1/748e8fe697af5de8/uploads/2023/11/WHY-THE-PROTOCOL.pdf.
