I have been taking Trospium which I think can cause cognitive issues and I am noticing them. How do I know which of the meds I take is causing it? I had dementia testing and they said I was normal. I don’t feel normal compared to my mind a few years ago. I see my urologist in July I will ask her about Gemtessa. Thanks for sharing your experience.
