Thanks
Are you using the Red Rush 400 for the Degenerative Discs?
Exactly how do you postion it relative to your lower back......parallel
to the lower bacK and 6 or so inches away?
Sitting., Standing Lying?
What are the settings you use on the machine?

Yes, I use it parallel to my back and stand or sit in front of it. It comes with a pulley so you can put a hook on the wall and raise it or lower it depending on which part of the body you need therapy. The red light is preset so you only need to push it on, and the NIR (near infrared) I used the 1st pulsing mode which was supposed to be relaxing. I would stand about 8” from the device for 10 minutes a day. I once had bad pain in my neck that NSAIDs weren’t helping and I used it twice a day for several days and it took care of it! When I bought it I used the discount code ENERGY BLUEPRINT for $100 off. Also there was another code TRUDYREDTHERAPY for the same discount. If you google Red Rush 400 user manual it tells you more about the machine. I have been totally amazed how much it has helped. I’m sure there are other great red light devices out there- but this was recommended by Ari Whitten and Trudy Scott, both of whom I follow. I really bought it last year for the plantar fasciitis but now I use it for my back and neck. It’s a powerful machine so I use it 5 days and then take 2 days off.
