I was up to 2X20mcg patches for a total of 40mcg. But the swelling and tooth ache started a while back. The swelling started slightly when I started the patch, at least by the 10mcg.
I don't take note because I hurt all the time anyway. Right away though, I got a low-grade headache but that went away after about 3 weeks.
Most of you on this site have been on some pretty strong medications but are still having pain. I have only been on Norco on and off since about 2000 and did extremely well managing my life with the pain. I had a quality of life.
I quit taking Norco last August when I went back to work driving truck. The employer's equipment was shoddy and either the mechanic or another driver gave me a broke trailer to use. I injured myself. When I asked for Norco, my doctor and insurance refused to give me any. Between the pain and dealing with Worker's Comp, I feel between a rock and a hard place. It is what it is. God bless you all in your struggles!
