I had prp a year ago and it worked for my hip. The injection was in my groin. It took about a week to settle in. Bit i have had NO problems since the injection. Worth the money.

@tova Did you have any tears or just worn-down tendons? I have an appointment to discuss PRP but my pain on outside of hip stopped, now it is more internal sharp pulling pain. Wondering if just tight muscle pulling from lack of strength or just Gluteal Tendonopathy. Did you have guided imaging? Just trying to have questions ready.
