Usually by my experience is that almost immediately whenever you stop a cholesterol med especially if is a statin symyoms decrease pretty quickly. That happened to me when I was on lipitor..

I’ve been off the cholesterol for week now and there is no difference in the weakness in my legs, but I think I’m gonna give it another week.
I never heard directly from my cardiologist just the NP..🤨
