Oh - and hypocritical of me to say it, cause I was useless at it..... but learn Kegel exercises if possible. They've helped many.

@peterj116 I couldn’t agree more. I did Kegels religiously before and after my surgery and had ZERO incontinence issues. My surgeon told me I was one of the lucky 10%. Best wishes.
