PSA dissapointing

Mayo PHX explained to me that the transperineal biopsy is used when the MRI detects the location of a lesion -- otherwise transrectal.

My PSA went from 4 to 7 to 10, but my 2024 and 2025 MRIs showed nothing (in the 1934 World Series, Cardinal HOF great pitcher Dizzy Dean was struck in the head by a baseball and knocked out -- next day the STL paper wrote "x-rays of Dean's head show nothing" thogh it was Dean who actually said it) -- maybe prostatitis.

Biopsy was suggested, but I wasn't sure that I needed (wanted?) one, so I asked for both the ExoDx and Lynx Dx urine tests. Mayo could order the ExoDs and I was able to have my PCP oder the LynxDx test for me. The results were 46% and 50%, so I opted for the biopsy which was done locally and with no pain or discomfort at all.

Finished 20 photon beam treatments two weeks ago. They also were a breeze with, so far, only increased gas and alittle more frequent urination.
