I have periodic pain in my right big toe. It is likely associated with my neuropathy.. I also have this "WHOOSHING" sound in my ears when I breathe. It usually becomes unnoticeable when I don't think about it. I notice it when I try to go to sleep. Then it becomes difficult to fall asleep. That along with my clogged sinuses. What to do? What to do? Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

@heisenberg34 I used to have that whooshing sound in my right ear. I drove me crazy until I discovered I could I could put my finger about an 1/2" right under my ear and it would stop. I slept that way for years. I went to a ear Dr. and he washed out my ear and it got louder then. It eventually stopped. So weird. Good Luck
