Bump

(Is anybody still sharing info. about this and treatment(s) to stop the cramping and twitching?
I’ve researched for years and finally this describes what I experience.
The twitching is not painful, yet funny to watch, and I am aware of it during the daytime, but the cramping is severe and I cry out in pain. Cramping in my hands and feet occur during the daytime and comes out of nowhere, like the cramping in my thighs and calf’s come out of nowhere but only in the evening when I’m awake and during the night waking me painfully from sleep.

@stonewheel

I don't think that there is anything that helps. After a few years I think that the frequency/severity of the fasciculations is easing somewhat, but sometimes the aliens crawling around in my legs is quite annoying. Cramping seems to be improving also. It might be that I am just adapting to them, though.
