I was first diagnose with de novo Stage 4 metastatic cancer in December 2019. I was put on Lupron for Hormone treatment and Zytiga. I had cancer in 4 lymph nodes, my hip, back and chest. So far so good, no signs of cancer and except for fatigue and sexual dysfunction the side effects have been minimal.

My advice is keep a good diet, mostly vegetarian, minimal alcohol intake (two drinks per month) and weight bearing exercise at the gym twice a week. I also loss 10 pounds through better eating habits. I also drink matcha green tea, eat 85% cacoa chocolate and tumeric everyday.
