@calenbd Thank You for your much helpful & hopeful comment!!! My husband is struggling so with the very excess phlegm problem, he is trying to eat a little something to help his feed tube to Go Away, but all the phlegm just gets in the way! He's pretty much on his last nerve and I can't seem to help, although I do and will keep on looking !!! And Thank You for your sentence - It won't last forever - God and us 2 are prayin for your sentence to apply to him also. Take Care and Thanks Again. Joanne

Had surgery 1990 radiation etc. now 30 yrs later I cannot swallow anything even water muscles in mouth have atrophied won’t work phlegm is still horrible have to go in my mouth with washcloth and dig it out suction won’t work it’s deep down by my vocal cords. Tried every phlegm thinner drs recommend nothing works have to go clean throat about 3 times an hour. I’m 81. Guess I lived longer than they expected.
