@jacqincaliforI am in almost the same situation. My vascular doctor says that even though there are some issues with my legs' veins, they are not the cause of my neuropathy.
I am wearing compression socks and doing exercises to promote circulation. I was told ablation was not needed.
I am not sure if I am doing better but my tingling and nubness have decreased.
My main issue is my right leg is dropped and my balance is terrible bad.

@amota I have had my leg veins "closed" with a saline injected solutation.. moderate help until I was victim of a knee energy which smashed the nerve going to my foot. It KEEPS, CONSTANTLY sending PAIN memo to my brain. If removing my foot was the solutation, I would happily have it done WITH a spring prosthetic replace. With my luck, I would have "phasntom" pain. Compression socks didnt do anything except wear me out putting them on. This has been going on for some 15 years. Accept, keep mind occupied, hobby,read, I have not had prayers answered for OTHERS. Tough it out. On the green side of grass, for now.
