I had PRP for Achilles tendonosis, heel spurs and bursitis in the same foot. I was in such pain that I could barely walk or even wear shoes with backs. I had tried ultrasound PT. cortisone but nothing helped I had two treatments with PRP and I’m happy to say that after about a month that it took to work-I have zero pain!!!. It’s been about 7 months since and still no pain. Worth every penny and thankfully I was able to afford it
