@kayraymat yes while you have to eat in order to have something to poop, right? 🙂 and the warm fluids really helped like coffee in the morning. Tea can be constipating, but they make teas that are laxative like you might wanna investigate. Salads are good, but also things like oatmeal, flax bran muffins, add some greenish bananas , cantaloupe, if you do salad, make sure you do things like dark, leafy greens, carrots, tomatoes, walnuts, raisins, not just iceberg lettuce as that doesn’t help. . Whole-grain bread.(I can only do some because I’m gluten intolerant.) but I’ll make a sandwich for lunch with the whole grain bread have some fruit for dessert. At dinner I will have any mix of meat, chicken or fish and I will add some beans, broccoli, zucchini, and some brown or red rice should do the trick for you! And then maybe some blueberries, pears, yogurt before bed. So I’m kind of Inc some fiber into each of my meals, my whole life and so I’m pretty regular.
