After falling twice in 2018 I sent back to PT. Got a good home exercise plan, used a cane for about a year and haven’t fallen gain since. I walk at least 2 miles daily and home PT twice a day. I have PN of both legs and feet and some in hands and arms too. Some days are good and some are bad. Rain, cold, snow kill me though.

@jenatsky
I have not fallen but my balance is starting to wane.
My eyesight is failing in my left eye.

@jenatsky Live in PA. Go to therapist 3x per week. Home exercise program other 4x. Does help. Do walking best i can. Can do a mile but with significant pain. Go to FL for winter months. Winter months in PA ramps up the pain significantly Thank you for sharing your plan
