Thank you for your help in recognizing what was making me worse! EGPA ( Churgg Strauss) has responded well to the biologic NUCALA, leaving only the sinus issues to deal with. I was using the old standby Nasal chrome this spring and felt it helped a lot. When I added Astepro and Allegra the dreadful thick sinus discharge caught hold. I think it may dry out your sinuses Too much? I am feeling very well right now and have learned to enjoy”the Now” with this disease. So many others on this site suffering far worse and I wish they could find a simple thing like this to feel better also.
