Mine was that bad also. I got really good at bandaging torn skin back in place to heal without scarring. What I did find that finally worked for me was Dermed from CVS or Walgreens. It takes a couple months to see a change but it does work. I can still bump my arm and get a more "surface" blemish - but nothing like before. Worth a try -
