@pta all my best wishes to you and your son. Olanzepine is a great medication. I am so sorry to hear about the lack of resources in your area but unfortunately that is the case in many parts of the country and will most likely get worse. Can you find a psych provider who will do medication management by telehealth? If you have a local NAMI chapter, perhaps the folks there can give advice. And if no local chapters, there are other chapters that allow zoom attendance.
