Hello, I’m a 68 yr old woman who’s been diagnosed with lymphocytic colitias. It started almost a year ago overnight with watery diarrhea. It was so bad and so urgent I couldn’t even make it to the bathroom in time. Wearing Depends was a life saver. Today I’m much better with 2-4 soft stool bowl movements a day. My Dr wants to do another colonoscopy since the medication hasn’t cleared it completely up.

Hi @medavis1 - welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. So glad to hear you are much better today. Your previous experience with lymphocitic colitis sounds really hard to manage and a lot to take emotionally.

How are you doing today? When will your colonoscopy be?
